Gravestone cleaning prices vary based on location and condition.
Where and When I work
I will clean your ancestoral gravestones in a public or private cemetery anywhere in New Hampshire. I'm located in Grafton and will not charge mileage if the stones to be cleaned are within 30 miles of there. If further away there will be a $1 per mile charge included in the quoted price for all miles over 30.
Because of the need to work outdoors in proper temperatures and humidity levels, the work is limited to Spring through Fall, generally May through October, depending on the weather. The D/2 Biological Cleaner I use requires dry conditions and temperatures over 50 degrees.

Pricing Structure
Rates are based on the scope of the work performed in the following ranges:
· Standard Flat Ground Level Stone Marker $50 - $75
· Modern Standard Upright Headstones on a Standard Base $150 - $250
· Larger Family Monument $250 - $350
· Gigantic Family Monument or Obelisk requiring a ladder $275 - $400
· Footstones or Cornerstones in Addition to a Headstone, Flat Marker or Monument $25 - $50
· Other Statues or Benches $75 - $250
Why a Price Range ?
The location and condition of the stones determine where the cost falls in the ranges provided.
A headstone in an easy to reach location with a smooth surface and little lichen or staining requires less product, muscle power and time to clean, therefore it would fall into the lower range of the pricing.
A stone in a hard to reach location, or with a rough surface, or lots of ornate etching, or under a tree with sap and bird droppings, or with alot of lichen or moss would require more product to be used, more muscle and time as well, and would fall into the higher end of the range.
